Warranty Policy — FG UNITED Watches
Two (2) Years Traditional | One (1) Year Wearables
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
FG UNITED Traditional watches are warranted by FG UNITED for a period of two (2) years and FG UNITED Wearables are warranted by FG UNITED for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The FG UNITED warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, FG UNITED cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. All replaced watches will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Any defects in materials and workmanship of the battery, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage unless the watch is marked as water-resistant.
- This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
Other Conditions
1. Physical Damage (Within Warranty)
Damage caused due to mishandling, unauthorized servicing, accidents, water exposure (unless specifically marked as water-resistant), or normal wear and tear will be handled as per the following policy:
* The higher value between the applicable depreciation percentage and the CN value will be considered for the final calculation.
2. No Warranty Proof or Invoice Copy Available
A flat 20% depreciation note benefit will be applicable for both Traditional Watches and Wearable Watches if proof of purchase cannot be provided.
3. Return Eligibility Period
- No watch returns will be accepted after 90 days.
- Customers must avail of the depreciation note benefit within 90 days from the date of issuance.
- After 90 days, the watch will be considered non-retrievable, and no return or claim will be processed beyond this period.
